An Autumn Could-Do List
Perhaps you've noticed the mornings are a little darker, the days a little shorter, and the evenings a little cooler. With the sun sitting ever so slightly lower in the sky, we acknowledge there is a shift in the seasons, as we welcome in Autumn.
There is so much to be loved about this time of year - from autumn's colour and vibrancy to its cosiness and warmth. It is easily our favourite time of year, and as it comes and goes so quickly, we've put together our Autumn 'could-do list' to help you make the most of it.
Perhaps you'll follow all our tips, or just one, or even add your own to the list. But whatever you do, we hope you'll carve some time out for yourself, and don't let Autumn's beauty pass you by;
~ Spend an extra five minutes in bed each morning with a cuppa and the window cracked open ever so slightly to breathe in the fresh autumn air
~ Go for a crunchy woodland walk and forage some colourful leaves to make a garland with or for pressing
~ Make an autumn wreath for your front door
~ Post a teabag to a friend and invite them to warm up and write a letter as they drink it
~ Put your wellies on and jump in the puddles like you did when you were a child
~ Make a comforting batch of pumpkin soup to warm you up on those chillier days
~ Stay up till midnight with a spooky film - but not too spooky!
~ Write a note to yourself of all the things you're thankful for and see how it changes your mindset
~ Toast some marshmallows over a bonfire with some friends
~ Write your name in sparklers and appreciate the magic it ignites in you
