'Stationery Addict' is our opportunity to put the spotlight on our product of the month, tell you a little more detail about it, as well as the process behind bringing it to life on the website.

This month, we're shining the light on our oh so dreamy ballpoint pens from Japanese stationery maker Mark'Style.

For some time, I had been seeking the perfect writing tools to offer on the website, which, as a self-confessed stationery addict, is quite the challenge as the pen I use is of particular significance. In a pen, I'm seeking a combination of style, feel in my hand, as well as effortless writing. And so when I discovered the 'Time for paper' collection at a recent arts fair, and noted that they ticked all 3 of my requirements, it was a complete delight and I knew I had to have them.

Made in Japan, these petite writing pens are available in five cute retro colours. Not only do they offer a smooth ink flow from their wooden barrel and ultra fine 0.5mm black ink tip, but they are elegant in design too. They're the ultimate dream to write with, and are my go-to for all writing tasks (you'll also receive many a compliment from other stationery admirers).
