Letter Writing Prompt - Halloween

Each month we share a letter writing prompt to encourage you to put pen to paper more often.

A little suggestion of what you could write about, to get your creative juices flowing, and allow you to enjoy a relaxing mindful moment of writing.

This month, your letter writing prompt is Halloween.

I always get a little over excited at this time of year. Cosy season is well and truly in our midst - crunchy autumn walks, lighting candles, curling up with a book and using any excuse available to scoff sweet treats.

October lends itself to creativity. Whether you’re organising a spooky themed get together, decorating your home with paper ghosts and spiders, carving pumpkins, or sending out invitations to a ghoulish dinner party, there’s opportunity everywhere to embrace pen and paper.

Why not use this as an opportunity get creative with your snail mail? Recount your favourite Halloween costume to a friend, or a trick or treat experience you'll never forget, or the first spooky fright you ever had?

Happy Haunting!
